There hasn’t been such a buzz and heated discussions since the launch of the first Apple Watch in 2015. At the end of March this year, Bioceramic Speedmaster MoonSwatch hit the selected Swatch shops around the world. It caused a storm in the industry and a real shopping frenzy among young people.

We recently had the pleasure to wear and test the Breitling Super Chronomat B01 watch and now we are happy to share our opinion with you.

This year at Watches and Wonders brought a lot of excitement for the visitors, as we enjoyed a special journey in an underwater environment.

In late May, we travelled to France, as Lifetime Magazine was invited to the exclusive launch of the new collection by Vacheron Constantin.
Spending three days in Paris and discovering the wonders of history through the eyes of the Swiss brand watchmakers was a privilege and honour.

Internet headlines such as: “CHF two million after six minutes of auctioning a Gérald Genta watch” will probably leave no watch enthusiast indifferent. I myself admit that I also couldn't resist and kept track of the results.

I have this feeling because all Breitling events seem to be the result of some delightfully spontaneous idea, and we all know that Mr. Kern is the master of spectacular. So, today I saw the new Navitimer collection on a plane full of watch lovers and connaisseurs, journalists and retailers, who were happy as children. It was such an honor for Lifetime Magazine

Nature is never in a hurry and is always on time. And it is how the watch industry has so far been operating – just like nature, it has had its cycles. One of them was SIHH, which became Watches & Wonders two years ago. Will the industry be restored to its traditional order?

Watches & Wonders Geneva 2022 is now confirmed, from March 30 – April 5. Before embracing the marvels to come, I wanted to have a final mention of some of the subjects that monopolised our attention last year. Among the most prevalent were revivals, neo-vintage, size, dial colours -- notably green, salmon and red, prices, waiting lists and staggering auction results.

As it usually happens in the times of crisis, changes are looming on the horizon. Sometimes these are just minor adjustments; some other times changes are radical and the sheer pace of them astonishes even specialists.
