From 14 November 2025 to 15 March 2026, the Palazzo Nuovo of the Capitoline Museums in Rome becomes the stage for “Cartier & Myths at the Capitoline Museums,” an exhibition that pairs the Maison Cartier’s most emblematic creations with the marble statuary that has long defined the museum’s identity. The show stages a conversation across time, where glittering jewels meet the sober, weathered beauty of ancient sculpture, inviting visitors to read one through the lens of the other.

Skipper Alan Roura, Hublot ambassador since 2022, is continuing to push himself ever further. The Genevan is preparing to compete in two Atlantic crossings this autumn, one as a duo (the Transat Jacques Vabre) with fellow countryman Simon Koster, and one singlehandedly (Retour à La Base). This is a huge challenge, but one which will help him improve his skills aboard his IMOCA Hublot. It will also help Roura give himself the best possible chance to shine at the next Vendée Globe – one of the hardest races in the world – which is set to take place next November.

At the end of August and the beginning of September the watchmaking world was in the spotlight for a new edition of the Geneva Watch Days. Born in the midst of the pandemic as an alternative to the former SIHH (now Watches & Wonders), which was cancelled due to the obvious problems associated with the terrible disease, the GWD has grown strong as an independent event. This year’s edition gathered nearly forty brands, offering both exhibitors and journalists/collectors the chance to enjoy a much more relaxed environment.
